In the fall of 2004 I started as a freshman at Northwest Missouri State University as a Vocal Performance Major. In 2006 I moved to Nashville and began my degree in Audio Engineering. Upon graduation, I returned to Northwest majoring in broadcast with an emphasis in radio. While in the broadcast department, I had numerous on air shows, wrote and produced many commercials for the campus station and worked as an executive board member of campus station. While interning for KRQC and KRBZ in Kansas City, I gained firsthand experience in interacting with radio listeners and seeing the workings of a professional radio station through the promotional department.
I believe my past internship experience and education would serve as a good fit for this position and I am excited at the prospect of working together to achieve our similar professional goals. I can be reached at (660)229.0816 or at jamesberry85gmail.com. Thank you for your time and consideration of my application.
