Name Karika "KJ" Austin
About My Name is Karika Austin, also known as KJ; born in sunny Fox Hills, California; graduated high school receiving MVP awards in both basketball and track. I later went on to receive my B.A. in Communications and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA). Went on tour, across the United States for over a year for a well-respected private production company. I then went to work for a record label where I became an A&R Manager working with talented artists nationwide.

My Air Talent career began while working for a local Marketing company where I had the opportunity to write and perform copy for Radio, TV and Film. My passion as a Voice-over Talent was born. Since then, I have wrote and performed copy and PSA's that has been featured on DVD's, Radio and TV .

My background includes a successful tenure with Warner Bros. where I worked with both studio and audio equipment and heavily with the Creative Development Department in my role leading the department. While my promotions and production background are extensive my greatest love is Voice-Over's and writing.

I am quick witted and can think well on my feet. With my outgoing personality, my clear speaking voice, and my ability to thrive under pressure, I am prepared to put my expertise and background to work. I look forward to the opportunity to share my experience, talents and passion for continued Voice-Over work and On-Air Talent roles.
