Name Terry Hunt
About As a 30+ year Radio veteran, I have been employed in all aspects of radio broadcasting. As a Program Director in various companies, the main focal points were teaching, coaching and encouraging growth. My track record speaks for itself: growing radio stations in ratings and revenue, coaching staff and then watching as they moved further in their careers and feeling very gratified when they reach their goal. I have received awards for my work in broadcasting including recognition in promotions and humanitarian involvement. I have also been on the local boards of various groups and participated in panel discussions for the Childrens Miracle Network, St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital and the Texas Association of Broadcasters.
As a broadcaster I have worked in many diverse markets(Austin and College Station, Texas as well as here in SW PA). I specialize in on-air presentation, production, copywriting, promotions and community involvement. I also have experience in the area of sales and proposals. These areas are critical in todays marketing of any type of business.
Within my years in broadcasting, I have been involved with many different campaigns for the stations as well as many different sales campaigns with various advertising clients. I am fully aware that the impressions of the business name can and does result in increased revenue and recognition. This also applies to the many number of charitable organizations I have worked on marketing campaigns for. With any marketing campaign, either short or long term, a target must be defined. Then research the target to find what will gain the most interest from the target group. Combining the right audio as well as visual aspects will make all the difference in the world.
As you can see from my experience, I have been involved with Marketing for many years in the broadcast industry. Radio Stations, not just WOGG and WPKL, are always involved with Marketing Campaigns for their respective coverage areas. My expertise has come from being challenged years ago to think out of the box. I know this is phrase has been overused in many ways by many people. I have the experiences and track record to show how marketing will work for any business. Even though the average person is inundated with advertising messages these days, it works.

I am returning to Texas to be closer to family.
